Currently, The Green Loom doesn’t have a return policy in place. However, if you’ve received the wrong or damaged item and want to exchange it for the correct one, we’re happy to help. Just make sure to reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. It’s important that the item is unused and in its original packaging when you send it back to us. Once we receive the returned package, our team will assess the reason for the exchange and process it accordingly, following the rules of your area.

If your exchange request is approved, our team will contact you within the defined timeframe to guide you through the next steps. Please note that we can’t accept items sent back to us without prior exchange requests.
